What already works
- Landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and labelled controls
- Keyboard support for the mobile menu and focus management
- Form labels and required privacy consent on offer forms
- On-site accessibility preferences panel (font size, contrast, spacing, etc.)

Known limitations
- Some package comparison tables are still being hardened for screen readers on small screens
- External partner sites (e.g. Medicare Group online portal) follow their own accessibility rules
- PDF documents (privacy notice, complaint procedure) may have limited accessibility
