*From the services covered by Gold insurance package, hospital inpatient care, patient transport, and one-day surgery are the only services with a limited access; in case of these, the aggregate limit paid by the Insurer is 3,500,000 HUF per person and per insurance year. This limit applies to each insurance year. The Insurer pays a maximum of 60 days of hospitalisation per person and per insurance year. The limit of payment per patient transport is 75,000 HUF. All other health services covered by Gold insurance package can be used an unlimited number of times if no limit is indicated for the service.
**Two types of laboratory tests: CLASSIC or PREMIUM
The packages include the CLASSIC lab examinations by default for lab testing. The insurance can also be requested for a pre-defined group and with a wider range of preventive laboratory tests (PREMIUM) for an additional and without reference of insurance package.

- On the basis of health complaints and health service requests, consultation on the health service, its time and location to be provided »
- By appointment, in acute cases within 48 hours, at a service point organised by Medicare »
- Identification by presenting an ID with a photo at a Medicare service point »
